7-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your ShakoMako Premium subscription for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
To request a refund: email support@shakomako.ai with your account email and we'll process it within 2 business days.
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain premium access until the end of the period you paid for
- No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period (except within the 7-day guarantee)
Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
- After 7 days, we offer a pro-rated refund for remaining months if you cancel
- Contact us at support@shakomako.ai to request a pro-rated refund
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Email support@shakomako.ai with your account email
- We will cancel your subscription and confirm via email within 24 hours
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge
